Where do you deliver?

We deliver all around Malta. For other destinations please contact info@kazooikids.com.

How long will delivery take?

Deliveries will be on Tuesdays and Fridays at no cost.

Should you require an urgent delivery then this would also be available, however at a small additional cost of €3.00.

What if I'm not in when you make the delivery?

No problem! We will leave a note saying we stopped by and we will deliver goods on our next delivery date.

Returns

Can I return an item I purchased?

You can return or exchange an item within 1 month from date of purchase. As long as we receive the item in the same condition as when it was delivered to you along with the tags intact, then we have no problem with issuing a refund.

Does it still apply to items on sale?

Yes it does, however sale items must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase.

How do I go about returning an item?

All you have to do is contact us at info@kazooikids.com and we will get back to you immediately.
