The following terms & conditions apply between you and Kazooikids.com on purchase of items and they do not affect your statutory rights.

When purchasing an item through Kazooikids.com you undertake that such goods are for your own private use only and are not for resale.

You guarantee that all details you provide to Kazooikids.com are accurate & the credit card you are using to cover payment of goods is your own.

You agree that the e-mail address you provide can be used as a means of communication between you and Kazooikids.com.

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe.

Kazooikids.com reserves the right to terminate your access to the site immediately if you breach our terms & conditions.

If you break these conditions

You agree that if you break these conditions, you will be responsible for any costs incurred by us as a result of this breach.

Ordering

When placing an order you agree that any information given is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to availability.

Prices are inclusive of VAT.

No contract will exist between you and Kazooikids.com until we officially accept your order by sending a confirmation e-mail of your purchase.

You must check the confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately should any of the details be incorrect.

Discount vouchers cannot be used on sale products.

Delivery

Delivery of goods will be stated on the confirmation e-mail. Should any problems arise you will be contacted immediately and be informed of the situation.

Cancelling of orders 

If you have not yet submitted your order you can empty your shopping cart at any time.

If you have already submitted your order and received the confirmation e-mail you can still cancel your order within 24 hours. Please e-mail your cancellation order.

Returns

If your order would have already been processed and delivered then you will be given a full refund provided the goods are returned in the exact same condition that they were delivered to you and with the tags intact.

You may return an item within 1 month from date of purchase for a full refund provided the goods are unused and still in the same condition that they were in when delivered to you.

Privacy

Kazooikids.com will never divulge your details to any third party.

We would also never send you an e-mail asking for personal information so do not respond to any such e-mails.

Liability

We do not accept liability for any errors in our website and reserve the right to amend any information at any time.

We have taken every measure possible to ensure that what you see is what you get, however due to certain factors such as different internet browsers, monitor colour contrast, etc, we cannot be held responsible for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.

As already mentioned, we have taken every measure to ensure the safety of the information collected but we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our security.
